yeaaaah. i decided to spend a improving it because I didn't feel it was up to cb quality right after LMdS

It will still show the ad...the blue bar is simply there to serve as a BACKground for the ad, so the ad isn't on the layout itself.

Uhhh...I didn't BLOCK the banner. The blue thing is there so the ad can go there without covering the layout. I'm helping the ad STAY.
